ITS Arcademy - Museum of Art in Fashion is the first contemporary fashion museum in Italy and a cultural destination with a mission to inspire and stimulate creativity and experimentation.
It is home to a unique and extremely rare Collection composed of thousands of items - garments, accessories, jewellery and creative project portfolios gathered over the twenty editions of ITS Contest - one of the world’s leading platforms for emerging talent, founded by Barbara Frachin in 2002. A snapshot of the zeitgeist, it contains and preserves early works by some of the most exciting emerging creatives of the last decades, many of whom are now household names.
In the words of Olivier Saillard, “ITS Arcademy has collected one of the rarest fashion heritages in Italy. This unique collection deserves to aspire to universality as it mirrors the highest contemporary creativity. With 14.758 portfolios, 1.089 dresses, 163 accessories, 118 pieces of jewelry and more than 700 photographic projects, this constantly growing heritage, can compete with the collections of the world’s greatest museums.”

ITS Arcademy – Museum of Art in Fashion è il primo museo della moda contemporanea in Italia. È uno spazio espositivo, un archivio creativo, un centro di formazione: 1.400 metri quadri aperti a tutti, dove coltivare la creatività, prendere ispirazione e sperimentare.
La Collezione di ITS Arcademy rappresenta un patrimonio di design unico al mondo, costituito da migliaia di oggetti, tra abiti, accessori, fotografie e portfolio creativi, realizzati dai più brillanti talenti degli ultimi decenni e raccolti nel corso delle venti edizioni di ITS Contest, uno dei principali concorsi internazionali dedicati al design. Racconta la storia dell’evoluzione della moda contemporanea, attraverso le opere prime di designer che hanno riscritto i canoni dell’industria della moda.

Herzlich willkommen! ITS Arcademy, Museum of Art in Fashion, ist nicht nur ein Modemuseum. Es ist ein Ort, der der Schnittpunkt zwischen Mode und Kunst erzählt, eine Feier der Kreativität und der Geschichten, die sie inspirieren. Das Museum erstreckt sich über eine Fläche von 1.400 Quadratmetern, die in einen Ausstellungsbereich, einen Konservierungsbereich und einen Lern- und Spielbereich unterteilt ist.
ITS Arcademy ist das sich ständig weiterentwickelnde Ergebnis von ITS Contest, der internationale Wettbewerb für junge Designer mit dem Ziel, die interessantesten Ausdrucksformen der Kreativität zu entdecken und zu fördern. Im Rahmen vom ITS Contest haben wir 14.758 Projekte aus 80 Ländern erhalten, aus denen fast 700 Finalistinnen und Finalisten ausgewählt wurden. Das Archiv 14.758 Portfolios, 1.089 Kleidungsstücke, 163 Accessoires, 118 Schmuckstücke und über 700 Fotoprojekte umfasst.
